Farm & Sourcing – Finca La Providencia
This coffee is sourced from Finca La Providencia, a family-owned farm with four generations of expertise dating back to 1954. Located in the mountainous region near San Pedro Necta, the farm benefits from natural spring water, rich volcanic soil, and an ideal climate for producing high-quality specialty coffee.
Nearly 30% of the land is preserved as native forest, supporting biodiversity and protecting the ecosystem. During harvest season, only the ripest cherries are hand-picked and processed using eco-conscious methods that reduce water usage. The beans are then slowly dried on patios or in controlled environments to ensure consistency and flavor development.
